Dining Series

We created a high-end dining series in major US cities at exclusive dining venues. The tailor-made and intimate events allowed our C-Suite clients to connect with potential business opportunities and grow relationships in environments set for success. Every detail was reviewed, curated, and implemented through collaboration and planning, including personal touches of invitations, menus, table deĢcor and gifting.

The dining series engaged 10-12 SVP to C-Level executives at each event and created new and accelerated existing accounts to generate pipeline up to 50% by generating net new and influenced pipeline.

From an agency perspective, the goal was to provide a unique and fresh approach to nurture and build business relationships as the fiscal year came to an end and targets needed to be achieved.

Roadshow

In collaboration with our client, we developed a product-focused three-city roadshow designed for customers, prospects, partners, industry leaders and stakeholders to build demand generation and drive brand loyalty. The purpose was to generate 50% Pipeline with a 25% acceleration from prospect to confirmed deals as well as 25% customer engagement. The attendance target was 50 attendees per event (against 100 registered).

Our team was tasked with venue scouting, experience design, AV production, Run-of-Show and vendor management (including catering + furniture + deĢcor). Attendance was +100% more than expected, and clients secured high-quality enterprise and mid-market leads in target accounts.

Company-wide Events

A California-based company asked Didion Blue to produce their first ever company off-site retreat. Within five weeks we curated the event for 160 employees from around the world. We led the destinations + venues search, curated authentic local excursions, coordinated food & beverage, and managed vendor contracting and production logistics.

The off-site took place over 3 days beginning with a welcoming cocktail soiree on the hotelā€™s rooftop terrace followed by two days of general sessions, multiple breakout meetings and ending with a private event at one of the cityā€™s star-rated restaurants where employees enjoyed a specially curated menu along with Surprise & Delight moments throughout the evening.

Sports & Leisure Hospitality Events

The goal was to show appreciation and gratitude for a long-standing client relationship. For the 10-year partnership event, Didion Blue planned a weekend getaway for a group of 16. All the logistics, from car service to and from the airport, flights & hotel accommodations including room drop-offs, to a Michelin-starred dinner with a table visit from the executive chef ending with an evening in a private box at an NHL game were planned and executed flawlessly by the Didion Blue team.

Our client came to us with a long shopping list of gifts, short on time and low on holiday cheer. The company had grown from a small shop with a handful of employees to a bustling office with a roster of clients, so they recognized the need to spread some holiday appreciation for over 100 employees and clients, each with their own likes & interests.

With a budget in place, we created unique gifting categories before combing the best of the best gifting catalog ideas for our client to choose from. The result was very happy employees and clients, all feeling the personal touch & holiday cheer. Client-Agency briefing to gift delivery was 19 days & the agency came under budget by 7%.
